P.F. Chang's China Bistro has announced today, a development and license agreement with Global Restaurant Concepts, Inc., a casual dining operator in the Philippines,, to develop eight restaurants over the next five years. The first location is scheduled to open in Manila in the first quarter of 2011.

Global Restaurant Concept currently operates five California Pizza Kitchen's around the city of Manila, Philippines.
